PROCESSING ORDERS:

  • Please allow 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday) to process orders.
  • Sales and holidays 4-5 business days.
  • All orders placed after 5 PM EST - including weekends and holidays, will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING (NOT Including Processing Time)

  • Free UPS Ground: Up to 4 Business Days depending on your zipcode.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 Business Days in Transit
  • UPS 3 Day Air: 3 Business Days in Transit
  • INTERNATIONAL – Closed due to COVID-19
  • Holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day.
  • When checking-out make sure all of your information is correct including abbreviations, spaces and characters. We will not be held responsible for any incorrect information. Please email us right away if there is an error shop@boldflava.com
  • If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Items marked as “Back-orders” may take an additional 5 business days to process.
  • When your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information and estimated delivery time. (Please check spam folder)

      RETURNS & EXCHANGES

      • Exchanges only, no refunds. If your items arrived damaged, torn, holes or any defects, please email us at (shop@boldflava.com) with pictures so we can process you a new order free of charge.
      • Exchanges can be made within 7 days from the ship date. Extended to 14 days due to COVID.
      • All exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached.
      • We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
      • Securely pack your merchandise in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible).
      • Please email (shop@boldflava.com) us or contact us on Instagram to let us know you mailed it back.
